Once we receive your enquiry, we will contact you to have a discussion about your graphic design requirements. Whether it is over the phone or a face to face meeting, we take the time to find out all about you, your business and thoroughly understand the design brief. From there, we will provide you with a quote, and then the fun begins! Our lines of communication are always open during the design process, and we welcome any feedback you may have along the way. We aren’t based in Newcastle, can you still help?

No problem at all. With most things done these days remotely, we are no strangers to zoom meetings, phone calls and emails to keep in touch with our clients.

Can you organise printing for me?

Yes, we can. Coming from a printing background, we know our way around any print job. We are happy to offer suggestions on what printing solution will best suit your job and manage the process from start to finish. We have many great relationships with trade printers that enable us to get you the best prices that will keep your job on budget.

What if I don’t like the design supplied to me?

Of course, this does happen from time to time but don't worry, we love honest, constructive feedback. We pride ourselves on our open lines of communication with our clients, and this is how we can come to fully understand what you need and how we can best solve your design brief. We want you to be 100% happy with the finished product, so we will work with you until we get there.

What is your logo design process?

We love creating logos for businesses. When you send through an enquiry for a logo design, we will organise a time to catch up with you and hear more about your business to create something that truly represents you and what you do. Please send it through if you like the look of something, as this is often an excellent place to start. Our logo design packages include three concepts and three revisions included. Once you decide on a final design, we will send you all your logo files to keep and use however you like.

I am an established business with existing branding, are you able to use this to design what we need?

Managing existing brands is one of the things we do best! We are very familiar with interpreting client brand guidelines and working with you to create engaging on-brand designs. Whether designing for social media campaigns, marketing or something more extensive like an annual report, please think of us as an extension of your team.

How do you charge for your design work?

Our design work is either charged per hour or per project, depending on what the job is. We make sure to get the full scope of the job and provide an estimate before starting work to avoid any surprises. Sometimes once we get started, you may realise you need other things designed that weren't in the original brief, which is quite common. We will always advise in advance of any price updates not included in the original scope of work if this happens.

I’ve got my logo, now what?

We can partner with you to create a brand identity that includes more than just your logo. We can supply professional imagery, colours, typography, business cards, website, email signatures, packaging and more. Everything you need to send a clear message to the world that says, ‘this is who we are’.
